Sessions & collaborations

Now that I'm focusing fully on music, I am keen to make up for lost time. To that end, I am interested in any opportunities to provide vocals for other musicians on session basis and/or to collaborate on songs.

With digital technology and a good recording set-up, I can work with artists anywhere in the world.

I am currently collaborating with other artists in Europe and the US, both working on their songs and co-writing and recording others.

I have a number of songs at various stages of completion and in many genres which I plan to record - in whatever state they are - and put on Soundcloud (or similar). I will then post descriptions of these on here in order to invite any musicians who may be interested to get in touch and I will provide a private link for them to hear the work.

Silver Threads Project

This is a collaboration with another musician from my hometown Paisley to collect songs, old and new plus some of our own compositions, which tell the town's rich and varied story.

We plan to record these and produce a booklet telling the story behind each. We will also be performing these at various festivals and events (online and off!) over the next few years.

The set will include the song I wrote for Paisley' bid to be UK City of Culture 2021: "Keep your eye on Paisley".
